Smart Coaching programmes are all online so you can see your programme from anywhere in the world and on any computer once you are logged in. A full description of each type of training programme is below. The level you choose has nothing to do with your ability. It has everything to do with the feedback you would like and how much personal improvement you are aiming to achieve.  Please email though any questions you may have about smart coaching to: silas@smartcoaching.org

We can also build you a website to host your programme and information if you prefer not to use training peaks. 

Your Monthly Subscription Includes:

  • Online personalised and interactive ​training programme. The plan is constantly refined based on athlete feedback and training file analysis. ​

  • Online training log. This is ​our online ​meeting point ​and running commentary of questions and answers on all sessions. 

  • Detailed descriptions of training.

  • An email as soon as your coach comments on your training log.

  • Analysis of your training​ files​ ​using Power, Heart Rate, Pace and all available performance variables. ​These are collected and used to refine your training each day. 

  • Consultations as often as you like.

  • Any adjustments that need to be made to the programme.

  • Nutrition planning.

  • Race day strategy plan.

  • Race analysis and refinements.

Phone chats and email contact need to be initiated by you, as well as your coach. If you have a question then get in touch straight away by email, phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, Facetime or any medium that's convenient.
